Copying
Files to Shared Directory
This tutorial is only for CCMS students only.
- In the Novell Application Launcher shown below, double click "Explore
Home Directory" from the "File Management" folder.

Go to next
step -->
- Navigate to the folder that contains your work. For webpage
projects, that should be the "www" folder. Now click on the
whole folder you want to copy(Not just the index.htm file!)and
click on the "Copy" button at the top. Then close this window
by clicking on the "X" in the top right corner:

Go to next
step -->
- Now, again from the App Launcher, go to the "File Management"
folder. This time double click on the "Explore Shared Directory"
icon.

Go to next
step -->
- Go to the directory that you want to copy your files to.
For example, if you are working on a webpage project, go to the "Et2"
folder, "www" and then go inside the folder with your username.
Then hit the "Paste" button at the top to copy your work
to your current folder. Now Mr. Trimpey can get to your work to grade it.
That's it! Remember, if you make any changes to your work in your home
directory, you need to go through this copying process again to get the most
recent work copied to the shared directory where Mr. Trimpey can grade it.
